In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using isb388 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and isb388. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately and must not attempt to register an Account.

To register an Account and use isb388, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. isb388 strictly enforces this age restriction across all account types. Providing false date-of-birth information is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your local jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an active Account on isb388. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or affiliate of isb388, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by isb388 for breach of these Terms.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on isb388, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. When registering, you agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian identity card number (KTP), residential address, and contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. isb388 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify isb388 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

isb388 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your isb388 Account in real time upon confirmation of receipt. isb388 is not responsible for delays c aused by your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times. Always use the exact account name and reference number provided during the deposit flow to avoid misallocated transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business hours for fully verified accounts. isb388 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at our discretion. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) may be processed on the next available business day. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your isb388 Account.

isb388 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. isb388 accepts no liability for such third-party charges. Currency conversion is not available — all transactions are conducted exclusively in IDR.

isb388 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your Account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots (including slot gacor — high-RTP slot titles) typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion. Virtual sports and e-sports markets may have separate contribution rates.
• Bonus Abuse: isb388 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where we reasonably determine that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses under different accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value with minimal exposure, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified per promotion. Amounts exceeding the cap will be removed from the withdrawal total prior to processing.
• Exclusivity: Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: isb388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a Member is actively completing its wagering requirements, the Member retains any progress made up to the point of withdrawal.

All sports bets placed on isb388 — including mix parlay (accumulator) bets, Asian handicap (voor bola), and single-match markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and other covered competitions — are subject to the market-specific rules published in the isb388 sportsbook help section. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and market-specific rules, the market-specific rules take precedence.

For live casino products powered by Evolution Gaming and other certified providers, the rules of each game as determined by the live dealer and game software govern the outcome of each round. isb388's role is limited to facilitating access to these games; we do not control their outcomes.

For togel draws, results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from the relevant licensed lottery operator. isb388 is not responsible for delays in the publication of official results. Payouts will be processed once results are confirmed.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the isb388 system cannot be cancelled by the Member, except where the specific market rules permit cancellation prior to an event's commencement.
• In the event of an obvious or manifest error in odds pricing, isb388 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wager amount to the Member's Account, regardless of the outcome.
• isb388 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits, restrict maximum stake sizes, and decline or void bets from any account at our reasonable discretion, particularly in cases of suspected irregular wagering activity.
• All game outcomes on isb388 are subject to certified random-number generation (RNG). Game fairness is independently verified and certified. Certified RTP (return-to-player) figures are published per game title in the isb388 game library.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on isb388. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using isb388 as a mechanism to launder funds obtained through unlawful means. isb388 cooperates fully with international anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through cooperative play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, spin reels, or otherwise interact with isb388 in place of genuine manual play.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between isb388 and other bookmakers to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, or wagering in a deliberately risk-minimizing manner solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine participation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate isb388 deposits. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isb388 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered on it.
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or payout calculations caused by software malfunction, provided that manifest errors are voided and stakes returned in accordance with Clause 7.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or other third-party payment processor.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on isb388 that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in this clause limits isb388's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. isb388's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

isb388 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on isb388, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and isb388's servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. isb388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity as defined in Clause 8.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continuing to maintain the Account would expose isb388 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program, in which case the Account will be suspended for the elected period.

Upon account closure for cause, isb388 may forfeit any remaining bonus funds in the Account. Real-money funds will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction that no fraudulent activity has occurred, at isb388's sole discretion.

Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which isb388 is incorporated and operates as an internationally licensed gaming entity. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Members must first submit their complaint in writing to isb388's customer support team at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days (WIB, UTC+7).
2. Escalated Dispute: If the internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the Member may escalate the matter to isb388's designated disputes manager, whose decision will be issued within a further 21 business days and shall be final and binding.
3. Arbitration: In the event that neither internal resolution nor escalation produces a satisfactory outcome, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear their own legal costs.
